Bromsgrove and the Villages’ Pub of the Year Competition 2026

Wythall Community Club received the following email from Bradley Thomas MP:

Dear Landlord,

I’m writing to let you know that you have been nominated to take part in the Bromsgrove and the Villages’ Pub of the Year Competition. Congratulations!

More pubs than ever before are taking part. 24 in total!

From today (February 9th), residents can now vote for their Pub of the Year. Voting is open until 5.30pm on Friday, March 06th. Each resident can vote only once, and you must live in Bromsgrove and the Villages. Residents can vote online here: www.bradleythomas.org.uk/bromsgrove-and-villages-pub-year-competition.

Please find attached a graphic to share on social media to encourage your customers to vote for you.

I know that it remains a challenging time for our pubs and you’re under more pressure than ever before with hospitality venues facing a hike in their business rates after November’s Budget. The Government’s latest U-turn fails to come anywhere near confronting the scale of the challenge facing pubs and the entire hospitality sector.

It’s therefore vital we celebrate the contribution they make, not just to our economy, but to our communities too, so I hope as many residents as possible take part in this year’s competition and vote for their Pub of the Year.

Good luck!

Kind regards,
