DESCRIPTION:Open to all Association members. \nThe General Committee is made up of all of the trustees. \nOpportunity to see what goes on. \nWe are looking for a new treasurer. \nTreasurer Wythall Community Association Role: \n\n\n\n\n\nPreparation of financial information reports for Officers\, management\, general committee.\nEnsure annual accounts and report prepared\, approved and filed with Charity Commission.\nAnnual renewal of Insurance\, negotiations for electricity & gas.\nWork with the GM to agree rents. When / if terms of reference change ensuring agreements with clubs are amended.\nWork with the GM in respect of employees – terms\, rates\, contracts\, holidays.\nLiaise with HMRC as required. (Vat inspections).\nSubmit requests for donations / grants.\nControl of Park Hall bar finances\, prices\, stock.\nBe aware that some groups use the Association to reclaim VAT which is in respect of expenses that benefit the Association ultimately.
